Ages 15 and up, 90 minutes class time

Mon: 6pm - 7:30pm
Tue: 6pm - 7:30pm
Wed: 6pm - 7:30pm
Thr: 6pm - 7:30pm
Fri: 6pm - 7:30pm
Sat: 11am-12:30pm

Family Classes

Family classes are designed to have adult and kids from the same family to train together. Ages 8 and up. 45 minutes classs time

Mon: 6pm - 6:45pm
Tue: 6pm - 6:45pm
Wed: 6pm - 6:45pm
Thr: 6pm - 6:45pm
Fri: 6pm - 6:45pm
Sat: 11am-11:45am
